Responsibilities
- EHS Program Development: Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures specifically tailored for nursery operations within the logistics environment.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding environmental health and safety.
- Risk Assessment:



Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits of nursery operations and logistics processes to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Training and Awareness: Provide EHS training and resources for employees, focusing on nursery best practices and logistics safety protocols.
- Incident Investigation: Lead investigations of incidents and near misses, documenting findings and developing strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit EHS reports to management and regulatory agencies as required, maintaining accurate records of incidents and safety audits.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, operations, and HR) to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Emergency Response Planning: Develop and maintain emergency response plans related to nursery activities and logistics operations.
