This role ensures construction activities are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with PEMEX standards, Mexican regulations, and international industry codes. The manager will act as a key liaison between PEMEX, contractors, and internal project teams to guarantee successful execution and alignment with client expectations.nn* * *nnKey Responsibilitiesnn * Project Executionn * Manage construction activities for process equipment fabrication, assembly, and installation on PEMEX-related projects.n * Develop and monitor construction schedules aligned with PEMEX milestones and contractual obligations.n * Oversee site mobilization, resource allocation,



and daily operations to ensure smooth execution.n * Manage fabrication oversight by coordinating with fabrication yards and vendors on production priorities, inspection hold points, welding/NDE, dimensional control, preservation, packing, and readiness for shipment. They partner with procurement/expediting to track critical equipment status and remove blockers that impact delivery to site.n * Lead installation execution for process equipment (static and rotating as applicable), including foundations readiness, rigging/lifting plans, installation tolerances, alignment support, hook-up readiness, punch list management, and turnover preparation. They ensure work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and applicable codes/standards.n * Drive quality assurance and control in coordination with QA/QC and discipline inspectors, ensuring contractors meet contractual requirements and that inspections, test records, and turnover dossiers are complete and traceable.n * Serve as the primary
