Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cuautitlán, Mexico . This role involves contributing to the deployment, support, and monitoring of our robotics fleets at customer sites. As a Robotics Field Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to ensure the successful operation of our robotic system.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations in Mexico for on-site installation of our cutting-edge robotic systems.




- Provide comprehensive training to users on the functionality and operation of the robotic solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to gather feedback on system operation and contribute to refining operating models.
- Offer technical troubleshooting assistance to on-site technicians, aiding in resolving challenges they encounter.
- Conduct training sessions for new technicians, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle the robotic system.
- Create and maintain detailed supporting documentation for standard procedures, empowering technicians to handle various scenarios effectively.
- Proactively monitor dashboards to identify potential technical issues and dispatch timely support as required.
