Responsibilities
- Assist Loan Officers with the loan origination and setup process
- Review borrower documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Upload and organize documents in the Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Order and track third-party services such as credit reports, appraisals, and title
- Communicate with borrowers to request missing documentation
- Maintain accurate loan file records and status updates
- Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and other mortgage team members
- Ensure compliance with U.S. mortgage lending guidelines
- Track loan milestones and follow up on outstanding conditions
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Loan Officer
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in the mortgage indus
