We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with a strong background in real estate accounting, particularly across senior living properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full-cycle accounting process for multiple property entities, including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Manage financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and relevant financial regulations.




- Leverage Yardi to manage property-level financial data and drive process improvements.
- Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and operations to provide financial insight and analysis.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and budget reports to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Direct experience in property management or real estate accounting.
- Strong command of Yardi Voyager (or similar Yardi platforms).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – fluent in both written and verbal communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
