Post Services - LATAM Operations will serve as a critical link between Netflix’s Global Post Services strategy and the needs of local Title Management teams. This role is responsible for balancing the unique demands of the LATAM region, supporting production partners, ensuring excellence in service delivery, and fostering alignment with global best practices and local production needs. The LATAM lead will have a deep understanding of their regional markets and be highly strategic, using insights, data, and relationships to drive growth, optimize services, and provide value to both local and global stakeholders.
