About the Role

We are looking for a Business Support Operations professional to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.



This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early to mid-career with approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.

This role is not senior-level and does not include people management or strategic ownership. It is a hands-on position focused on execution, accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administration

- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate and timely sales data
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
- Track order status, follow up on required documentation, and assist with basic sales reporting
- Organize and manage sales documentation in accordance with internal proces
