As a Butcher Assistant , you’re not just overseeing meat and seafood preparation – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

- Manage meat-cutting kitchen operations: Oversee the boning, cutting, and filleting of meats, poultry, and seafood while maintaining the highest quality standards

- Manage product inventory: Prepare daily requisitions for supplies, ensure proper storage, and monitor portion control to ensure consistent product quality and inventory levels while optimizing costs

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness: Keep all work areas clean, tidy, and free of cross-contamination

- Comply with regulatory standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, upholding the highest standards of guest and team member well-being
