We are looking for a B2B Social Engagement Specialist focused on industries such as healthcare, home warranty, utilities, energy, and utility BPO.

This is not a traditional social media role. There are no graphics, content calendars, or generic engagement activities.

What You’ll Do

Your goal is to identify relevant companies, executives, and industry conversations and position ContactPoint360 through thoughtful, professional engagement.

- Monitor LinkedIn, X, industry publications, blogs, and professional groups.
- Engage with executives and decision-makers through original, value-added comments.
- Track key companies, conversations, interactions, and potential business opportunities.
- Identify buying signals,



operational challenges, and relevant developments for the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare, home warranty, utilities, energy, utility BPO, B2B engagement, customer operations, or a related field.
- Excellent written English and strong research skills.
- Confidence engaging professionally with VP-level and C-suite leaders.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and a B2B mindset.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality communication.
