CIMMYT is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and service-oriented professional for the position of Learning Content and System Administrator, to work in the CIMMYT Academy.
The position will be based at CIMMYT headquarters in Texcoco,



State of Mexico, near Mexico City.
Specific duties:
- Manage and Admin the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user account setup, course enrollments, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Monitor LMS performance and provide technical support to users, ensuring a seamless learner experience.
- Coordinate system updates, data migrations, and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., SSO, HRIS platforms).
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning assets (videos, SCORM packages, PDFs, quizzes) across the LMS and other learning platforms.
- Ensure that learning content is consistently tagged, version-controlled, and aligned with metadata/taxonomy standard
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and program leads to support the deployment and maintenance of digital learning activities.
