Key Responsibilities

- Oversee specifications, quality control, and vendor management.
- Supports reporting for literature distribution, ensures content governance and compliance.
- Coordinate updates and version control in systems like Seismic or T.M. Storefront.
- Workflow coordination between creative, compliance, and production teams.
- Maintain metadata and taxonomy for literature assets.
- Documents and reviews workflows to identify potential opportunities for process streamlining.





Must-have Skills

- T.M. Storefront / Toppan Merril
- Understanding paper types, color profiles, and finishing options.
- Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.
