Role Summary

The Project Coordinator, Growth Strategy plays a critical role in enabling SharkNinja’s global growth initiatives by supporting planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority strategic projects. This role partners closely with the VP of Global Growth Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders across regions, brands, and functions to ensure initiatives move forward on time and with clarity. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of global growth initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked

- Support the VP, Global Growth Strategy with project planning, meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups across multiple workstreams

- Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, and action logs to drive accountability and progress
