Customer’s Global Identity & Authentication team seeks a Senior Software Engineer to join our backend service team. As a Senior Software Engineer within our service team, you will collaborate closely with product, designer and frontend teams to design and deliver scalable identity and authentication platform. You play a critical role in our core service platform which needs to be scaled and customized by different tenants.
The adecuado candidate has a track record of having built multiple high-performance, stable, scalable systems that have successfully delivered high-end experiences directly to consumers. Your work and your approach to work are exemplary: you drive best practices and set standards for your team. You are a key influencer in the platform strategy and contribute significantly to team planning. You understand business impact of technical decisions and show good judgment in making trade-offs between immediate and long-term business needs.
You are a collaborative leader that makes other engineers and team members around you more productive.
You proactively improve tooling and practices in support of the platform's operational excellence. You act as the bar raiser for the team to ensure the quality and the security of the team’s deliveries and execution. You provide mentoring to other engineers.
