Role Objective

We are looking for an organized, empathetic, and detail-oriented Pre-Filing Specialist to join our Onboarding & Evidence Team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our new clients and the legal team, ensuring a seamless transition into our firm. You will manage the initial stages of the client journey—from opening matters and conducting onboarding calls to gathering, translating,



and organizing crucial evidence.

The idóneo candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at high-volume caseload management, and possesses the emotional intelligence needed to support clients going through stressful or sensitive situations.

Responsibilities/Duties

- Conduct onboarding calls: Welcome new clients, gather required background information, and explain the onboarding process clearly without providing legal advice.
- Client care: Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing timely updates regarding next steps and following up on outstanding documents, questionnaires, signatures, photos, and records.
- Language support: Translate client documents and assist with Spanish/English interpretation during calls when needed.
