Salary Range: $1800 - $2200/month

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join a growing construction firm. This role will primarily focus on commercial tenant improvement (TI) projects, with residential estimating as a secondary component. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in producing accurate, competitive estimates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
- Perform quantity take-offs and pricing
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
- Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate budgeting
- Support residential estimating when needed
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator, preferably in commercial TI projects




- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing
- Experience with take-off and estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines

- Fluent English (required)
- Spanish (strong plus)
- Availability to work 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
