About the Role:
As Motive expands into Mexico, we are hiring a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to help build, manage, and optimize our regional logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is adecuado for a self-starter with strong operational instincts, hands-on experience in 3PL management,
and a track record of improving delivery performance across all sales channels.
You will be responsible for day-to-day fulfillment excellence, inventory accuracy, inbound receiving, 3PL oversight, international shipping compliance, and carrier/customs broker management. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners across the U.S., EU, and Asia to ensure Motive delivers a reliable, cost-efficient, and high-quality customer experience.
This is a high-impact IC role where you will shape Motive’s Mexico operations from the ground up.
What You'll Do:
Fulfillment & 3PL Operations

- Oversee daily Mexico order fulfillment across all sales channels.
- Manage and optimize 3PL partner performance using KPIs and vendor scorecards.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs/SLIs related to picking, packing, shipping, and delivery.
- Troubleshoot logistics exceptions, delivery delays, and service failures.
