We are currently seeking an Quality Assurance Specialist with experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department.
Work Shift: Monday - Saturday 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m
Responsibilities:

- Monitor and evaluate logistics and transportation operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and applicable Mexican regulations (e.g., SCT, NOMs).
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of transport units, distribution centers, and operational processes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Investigate operational incidents, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and safety teams to improve service quality and operational efficiency.




- Track key quality indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across the organization.
- Ensure adherence to national road safety, environmental, and transportation regulations (e.g., NOM-012-SCT, NOM-087-SCT).
- Train staff on quality protocols, best practices, and relevant regulations.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance within the logistics and transportation sector in Mexico.
- Solid knowledge of national regulations (SCT, NOMs) and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience in internal audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in quality management tool
