Why We Have This Role

As a Data Analyst on the Products, eXperience and Engineering (PXE) Analytics & Data Science Team, you will bring the power of our data to Qualtrics, itself. You will be a leader on the core analytics and data science team, building out our data products, including reports and metrics consumed by 1,500+ engineers, product managers and UX designers. You will support data scientists and analysts across Qualtrics in building the datasets they need to provide critical insights, power in-product motions and visualize metrics. You will build and lead the team of analysts that builds these trustworthy data assets from disparate product clickstream, state and customer feedback data sources (e.g., NPS, Social Media, Call/Case Volumes, Product feedback).
