Role OverviewOur client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of their hiring function. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience while maintaining speed and efficiency across all recruiting workflows. You will manage interview coordination, pipeline tracking, and stakeholder communication while supporting continuous process improvement.
