International (CMI) is a fully subsidiary of China Mobile, which provides global telecom products and professional services to empower organizations' digital transformation and general expansion. We are seeking a mobile business development executive to join us and help the company to build the local ecosystem, especially for telecom construction projects in the Latin American Region.

Job Responsibilities:

- To achieve sales targets by identifying and securing business opportunities from prospective customers in the region.
- Establish responsible and responsive business relationships with customers and partners including problem reporting/service modification/billing issues, etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for exploring new customers and business opportunities to maximize sales prospects and company’s market penetration.
- Orchestrate externally and internally to close deals as well as ensure successful delivery.
- Collect marketing intelligence and help to localize China Mobile's products and services.



Take lead to build up related capabilities in the region.
- Frequent travel to customer sites, attending events and business meetings are needed.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Telecommunication Engineering or related majors.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile telecom sales or business development.
- Good knowledge of international telecom market trends and technology.
- Ability to work independently and react quickly to customer requirement changes.
- Ability to manage the business cycle and close deals in a dynamic setting.
- Strong drive to achieve results with enthusiasm and energy.
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Respect for cultural differences and ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Familiarity with internet marketing is required; experience in internet marketing for telecommunications products is a plus.
