Position Summary

Ensure the timely sourcing of materials, products, and services required by the organization by negotiating the best commercial terms in cost, quality, delivery, and service — securing operational continuity, ensuring compliance with company policies, and building strategic relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

- - Run the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) report to analyze material purchases and review the shortage list.
- Maintain the Oracle system to ensure accurate planning and purchasing of materials.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and mix to support continuous production flow.
- Monitor the supply of critical materials for production.
- Analyze price variances and execute sourcing strategies.
- Follow up on import processes and supplier payments.
- Coordinate with the SQE team on returns of non-conforming material.
- Keep suppliers informed with purchase forecasts at 90% accuracy.
- Prepare and follow up on releases for open Vendor Material Inventory (VMI) orders and Blanket Orders.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by tracking new product validations and ensuring smooth implementation without impacting operations.
- Maintain strong analytical skills and a results-driven approach.
- Participate in coordinating physical inventory counts.
- Follow up on customer approvals for any material changes.
- Understand, interpret,



and apply the Quality Management System policy.
- Carry out all activities and tasks in accordance with the policies, procedures, and instructions established in the quality management system, always with responsibility and integrity.
- Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of Management System processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Minimum Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related area within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing purchase orders.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of purchasing processes and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.
