As a Real Estate Business Development Representative at AMZ AllStars, you will be the frontline driver of our expansion into the real estate vertical. You will prospect real estate businesses and agencies with active hiring needs, reach out through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and book qualified discovery calls directly with our CEO.
AMZ AllStars has built a strong track record placing remote talent for e-commerce businesses. We are now expanding into real estate — a massive, hiring-active industry where virtual assistants, executive assistants, appointment setters, and transaction coordinators are in high demand. You will be the person who opens those doors.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven, persistent, and results-oriented BDR who thrives on outbound outreach and understands how to turn a cold contact into a warm conversation. This role requires strong cold calling instincts, professional written communication,
and the ability to quickly qualify whether a prospect is a fit for AMZ AllStars' staffing services.
You will report directly to the CEO, and work alongside the AMZ AllStars internal team. If you are a real closer who understands the staffing or recruitment space and wants to break into real estate business development — this is built for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify real estate businesses, brokerages, and agencies in the U.S. that are actively hiring or scaling their back-office and virtual teams
- Research target decision-makers — brokers, team leads, operations managers, and founders — using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Realtor.com, Zillow, and other prospecting tools
- Build and maintain a clean, organized pipeline of qualified leads with accurate contact information and outreach history
