WHAT IS YOUR ROLE
The Training and Quality Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, while also establishing and monitoring quality standards to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for learning and development,



a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
Training and Development:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop comprehensive training plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs using a variety of methodologies (e.g., in-person workshops, e-learning modules, on-the-job training, blended learning).
