The Account Manager for Supplies is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers across the region, ensuring strong commercial performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term account development. This role focuses on driving sales of printing media, labels,



ribbons, tags, wristbands, and other consumables, working closely with channel partners and internal cross-functional teams.

- Manage a defined portfolio of accounts, ensuring consistent growth in revenue, margin, and overall performance for the Supplies business.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and sales forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the consumables portfolio, increasing product adoption and customer retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and end customers to drive business development.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and commercial negotiations when required.
