Role Overview:As a Headhunter, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines for niche and technical roles. This role is highly sourcing-driven and focuses on proactive outreach, talent mapping, and candidate engagement across multiple markets. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and internal stakeholders to deeply understand role requirements and deliver candidates who meet both technical and cultural expectations.
