Continuous Improvement (CI) is a critical pillar of this strategy and a key driver of success. n nThe NAC Operational Excellence Lead Analyst is responsible for the handsu2011on execution of continuous improvement initiatives. The role focuses on delivering assigned CI projects, supporting process standardization, and enabling efficiency improvements across the organization. In addition, this position will champion education on the benefits of CI across controllership.
n nJob Responsibilities nu2022 Continuous Improvement Execution n\- Execute assigned workstreams within CI initiatives under defined scope and direction. n\- Perform detailed process mapping, data analysis, and rootu2011cause identification to support solution development. n\- Apply standard CI and problemu2011solving tools to implement improvements, not design enterprise frameworks. n\- Validate improvements through data tracking and postu2011implementation reviews. n\- Maintain detailed action logs, issue tracking, and execution dashboards for assigned initiatives. n\- Support project managers and OpEx leadership with status updates, risk identification, and mitigation tracking. n\- Execute user testing support, data validation, and postu2011gou2011live stabilization activities. n\- Develop and maintain SOPs, job aids, and training materials to support adoption and sustainment.
