Job Summary
The FinOps Automation and AI Engineer will be a key technical resource responsible for integrating automation and artificial intelligence into the FinOps practice. Will develop and deploy intelligent solutions to manage and optimize cloud spending across multi-cloud environments with a special focus on AI and ML workloads.
This role requires deep expertise in cloud platforms, FinOps principles, programming, and a strong understanding of how AI can drive proactive and autonomous cost efficiency.
Some of the Key Responsibilities
- Develop automated optimization strategies: Design and build automation scripts and workflows to implement cost-saving strategies such as automated rightsizing, resource scheduling, and managing commitment-based discounts like Savings Plans and Reserved Instances.
- Integrate AI for advanced insights: Utilize machine learning models (PLUS) and LLMs to move beyond reactive reporting. Develop predictive cost forecasting, perform intelligent anomaly detection,
