What do you get to do in this position:

Lead and participate in compensation and benefit projects on a North & South America as well as on a global scale where you will work with colleagues around the world.

Analyze and administer various programs such as Employee Share Plan, Sales Incentives, Annual Merit Increase, short and long term incentive plans, Recognition Program, Executive compensation, benefit plans throughout the year.

Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities related to compensation and benefits.

Influence change that drives continuous improvement in administration and employee experience.

Consult and educate business partners on compensation and benefit topics.

Analyze data as needed to perform simple to complex task based on goals within projects and day to day tasks

Provide direction to Americas payroll teams relative to compensation and benefit program earnings and deductions.

Create and implement employee centric communication plans regarding compensation and benefit programs.

Communicate with all levels of employees, managers, and leaders within the organization

Support,



administer, and analyze, health and welfare programs including Annual Enrollment, reimbursement accounts (Versátil Spending, Dependent Care, Health Savings, Limited Use), claim for benefits/appeal, etc.

This job might be for you if:

- You speak and write Spanish and English languages fluently
- You have 3+ years of Compensation experience, in a large company with employees in multiple countries, 2+ years in health and welfare administration
- You thrive in fast paced environment and enjoy managing multiple programs
- You are goal and action oriented where you can meet deadlines
- You like ownership, drive accountability of yourself and others, and are passionate about continuously improving processes.
- You can tailor your communication and presentation style based on target audience (i.e. Executives, Human Resources, Managers, and Front Line Employees)
- You have data analysis skills at an intermediate to advanced level.
- You are adaptable to support colleagues and take on new tasks as needed in high demand campaigns.
- You love to always be improving. Continuous improvement is part of our DNA and our culture.
