The Payroll & Billing Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring caregivers are paid correctly and clients are billed accurately — supporting the financial health and operational success of the agency.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Remote Payroll & Billing Assistant to manage weekly payroll processing, billing tasks, and financial documentation with accuracy and confidentiality. You will work closely with schedulers, service coordinators, and leadership to ensure all caregiver hours, invoices,



and client payments are processed correctly and on time.
This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities● Process weekly caregiver payroll by verifying hours, timesheets, shift notes, and attendance.
● Prepare client invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate billing cycles.
● Maintain financial records, including pay rates, client agreements, and service authorizations.
● Communicate with caregivers to clarify payroll questions, missing hours, or shift corrections.
● Follow up with clients or responsible parties regarding outstanding payments or billing inquiries.
● Work closely with the care coordination team to verify service logs, schedule accuracy, and authorization compliance.
