Role OverviewThe Sourcing Specialist owns the top-of-funnel talent discovery process, identifying, engaging, and pre-qualifying candidates to build strong, ready-to-interview pipelines. This role is execution-heavy and research-driven—focused on proactive sourcing, structured outreach, and disciplined pipeline management.
You will act as the talent discovery engine, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and multi-channel outreach to surface qualified candidates across global markets. This role is idóneo for resourceful sourcers who thrive in high-volume environments, enjoy candidate engagement, and take pride in delivering consistently strong pipelines.
