About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to join our Revenue Growth Management team.
This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to work on the most important business problems at Birdman. You will act as an internal consultant, partnering with senior leaders to turn ambiguous questions into structured analyses, financial models, and executive-ready recommendations.

strong business judgment, and the ability to work independently with data.
Impact & Ownership
- Lead projects from problem definition to executive recommendation
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured frameworks and analyses
- Build financial and operational models to quantify business impact
- Own recurring executive reporting for assigned channels
- Support MBR/QBR preparation and strategic business reviews
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Data
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, deck drafting, and decision support

Responsibilities
- Conduct independent analysis using Excel, Python, and/or SQL
- Build models such as P&L; scenarios, sensitivity analyses, business cases, pricing studies, and market sizing
- Run variance analyses, trend decomposition, and performance deep-dives across channels and SKUs
