? Order Management: The administration and supervision of all processes involved in the life cycle of an order, from its creation to its collection.
? Credit & Collect: An essential function in a company that is responsible for managing credit transactions.
? Purchase Order Flow: The process of the purchase order from its entry into the system until its invoicing & delivery.
? Delivery Appointment Control: The supervision with clients deliveries to fulfill with dates and times.
? Invoicing and billing: Whether a customer has paid in full or is waiting for a bill, an invoice with the correct information and status is issued.
? Data management: Analysis of data helps businesses see where improvement is needed.
