We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Agile Project Manager to drive our Agile transformation. The Agile Project Manager is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), responsible for managing projects, facilitating ART events and processes, driving continuous improvement, ensuring the successful delivery of value for all IT-related projects and initiatives. As a seasoned Agile practitioner, you will combine a deep understanding of Agile methodologies with a passion for fostering collaboration, innovation, and bringing products and services to life. This pivotal role will shape our Agile culture, optimize value delivery, and drive positive change across the organization while leading large-scale, multi-dimensional initiatives that empower teams to achieve Lifespace Communities' Digital Business Transformation ambitions.

Responsibilities:




The following responsibilities will be for all IT related projects and initiatives:
- Project Management (or we could call it Project Delivery)

○ Lead implementation of key IT projects
○ Develop and execute on complex project plans
- Facilitate ART events and processes:

○ Plan, coordinate, and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt events. ○ Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices throughout the ART.
- Manage backlog and prioritization:

○ Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the ART backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and value delivery.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and releases:

○ Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams and ARTs.
○ Escalate impediments to the appropriate levels and ensure timely resolution.
