Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a HR OPEX Sr. Analyst.
What you’ll do: 3;Position Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and digitally fluent Senior HR OpEx Analyst to lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across HR Services in the Americas region. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, standardization, and data-driven decision-making across diverse teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation within HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead cross-functional HR OpEx projects across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global HR strategies and local operational needs.
• Partner with HR Services teams to identify, scope, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or similar methodologies.
• Analyze service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Act as a subject matter expert in digital tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TRESS, Oracle,



Power Automate) leading initiatives that will automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve user experience.
• Coordinate and mentor team leads and analysts, ensuring knowledge transfer and capability building.
• Represent the Americas HR OpEx team in regional and general forums and contribute to the development of enterprise-wide standards and best practices.
• This role is integral to the governance of processes, ensuring readiness, compliance, data privacy and business continuity through standardization.
• Provide timely assistance to team members by addressing their questions and resolving issues related to our systems. Act as a liaison between the HR teams and technology management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration, facilitating the smooth operation of our systems and processes
