Role Overview:The Vice President of Sales is a senior internal leadership role responsible for owning and scaling Pearl Talent’s entire sales and business development function. This role exists to drive net-new client acquisition, improve funnel conversion, and build a repeatable, high-performing sales engine for Pearl itself. You will lead and coach Pearl’s SDRs and AEs, remain hands-on in closing deals, and continuously optimize sales strategy through data and experimentation. The work is execution-heavy, cross-functional, and highly accountable. This role is idóneo for a sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants direct ownership of revenue
