This role is ideal for someone passionate about the aerospace industry, with a desire to develop a career in recruitment. As a Junior Aerospace Recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for various aerospace roles, working alongside senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure the staffing needs of our clients are met efficiently and effectively.




- Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for aerospace positions.
- Assist in identifying and engaging passive candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and organizational culture.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit for open roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
