Role Overview:We are hiring a Project Manager to serve as the single owner of project execution and visibility across Pearl.
The role exists to create clarity, momentum, and accountability across all projects—ensuring work moves forward smoothly, stakeholders have visibility, and founders can focus on strategy rather than day-to-day execution. You will manage the project management system, dashboards, and cadences, structuring projects, tasks, and initiatives so ownership is clear and blockers are surfaced early.
