What you will do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent custom software and technology projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget completion within the Canvas LMS and related EdTech ecosystems.
- Cultivate high-trust client partnerships by providing skilled communication,



proactive expectation management, and effective change management throughout project lifecycles.
- Drive collaboration and coordination across cross-functional teams—including Solutions Architecture, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Customer Success, and Sales—to address complex requirements and oversee critical project milestones such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop and implement strong risk mitigation, status tracking, and accountability strategies at all stages of project delivery.
- Utilize enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, PSA tools) for detailed project tracking, resource management, and executive reporting.
- Build deep product expertise for Instructure’s solutions and act as a strategic consultant for custom development and service opportunities.
