Location: Remote- LATAM
Schedule: Full time | Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM PST
Compensation: $2000 - $3000 USD Monthly. ( Negotiable based on experience and seniority)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and people-focused HR Onboarding Specialist to manage and improve the new hire onboarding experience. This person will be responsible for coordinating preboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee transition into the company, and using Deel to support hiring, contract management, compliance, and international onboarding workflows.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across teams to create a seamless and welcoming employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from offer acceptance through first-day readiness
- Use Deel to manage onboarding workflows, contracts, compliance documents, and general hiring processes
- Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, payroll,
and People teams to ensure all onboarding steps are completed on time
- Prepare and collect employment documentation, agreements, and required compliance forms
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date in HR systems
- Schedule onboarding sessions, orientation meetings, and training as needed
- Act as a main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process
- Support international employee and contractor onboarding through Deel.
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on pending tasks or missing documentation
- Help improve onboarding processes, templates, and internal documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements
