In-Store Service (ISS) Project Associate

Role Summary
The ISS Project Associate is a ground-level execution role responsible for supporting the build-out and day-to-day management of SharkNinja’s in-store service programs across Mexico and LATAM. Working closely with the Retail Services Project Manager (US),
this role will help establish retail execution standards, coordinate with 3PL vendors, and ensure that in-store programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the quality level SharkNinja demands.
This is an in-country role designed to provide real visibility into what’s happening on the ground—identifying actual needs, building local vendor relationships, and creating the operational foundation for scalable retail execution across the region. Rather than managing from a distance, this role ensures SharkNinja is in the weeds where it matters most during a critical phase of LATAM expansion.
Mission
Support the execution and scaling of SharkNinja’s in-store service programs in Mexico and LATAM by providing on-the-ground coordination, vendor management, and operational support—ensuring that the retail experience meets the same standards of quality and consistency established in the US.
