ABOUT THE ROLE
The Competition Manager plays a key role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and continuous development of our competitions. This position is critical to delivering high-quality sporting events aligned with our regulations, operational standards, and long-term strategic vision.
Main responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of sports competitions in alignment with established regulations and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with participating clubs and act as a key point of contact throughout the competition cycle.
- Coordinate and supervise match day operations, ensuring compliance with competition regulations and smooth cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, including player eligibility and proper application of competition rules and disciplinary processes.
- Oversee competition resources (human, material, and operational) in collaboration with the Competition Director.
- Participate in operational decision-making and contribute to strategic initiatives related to competition development.
- Identify, manage, and resolve incidents proactively, proposing effective solutions to unforeseen challenges.
- Plan and coordinate season calendars and related competition events.
