Contract Associate Analyst Type of position: Full‑Time Employment Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Monterrey, Reciente León, Mexico - Conduct thorough investigations of internal systems and online storage locations to compile comprehensive records of supplier relationships, including agreements, amendments, orders, and spending patterns over time.

- Interpret and analyze software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and purchase orders, working without benefit of legal or financial support resources.
- Draw internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drum up consensus for those negotiation plans.
- Execute negotiation plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes.
- Present on negotiation progress and outcomes to stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts.
- Document progress into daily, weekly,



and monthly reporting, including end‑of‑negotiations wrap‑up documentation.
- Organize, catalog, document information and create processes and structures to increase the team’s overall capability and efficiency over time.
