As CI&T; grows, we seek a talented, motivated, and experienced Data & Analytics Manager to join our team and lead data-driven solutions for our customers. This role is pivotal in balancing strategic management with hands-on execution, ensuring that our data initiatives are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented.

The Data & Analytics Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from ideation and development to deployment and optimization. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis,



and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for the tracking strategy of one of the biggest e-commerces in Mexico, it will require your ability to translate behavior metrics into business insights and data visualizations that feed and drive marketing and product initiatives.

Requirements:

- Excellent level of English C1 or above and Spanish communication (reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory )
- Experience working with international clients
- Proficiency with PowerBI
- Practical Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
- Strong work in customer segmentation.
- Strong strategic thinking and product mindset
- Experience with value-based prioritization
- Proven team leadership skills with a hands-on approach
