Job DescriptionThe incumbent is primarily responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the activities of production department operations which also includes performance of all functions within the department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and report to the VP of Operations all process performance KPIs,
and the P&L; targets every month and deploy these targets to the next organizational levels.
- Lead, coach, mentor, motivate and inspire direct reports to achieve an optimum level of performance by consistently demonstrating role model behaviors that includes sense of urgency, accountability, effective communication, teamwork, empathy and results orientation and time management
- Maintain employee awareness and adherence to ISO standards and procedures and to all Social Responsibility codes (internal and external)
- Participate in and satisfactorily complete all required training programs for the assigned position including Compliance Training
- Evaluate and provide training as needed, setting in place a long-term training strategy.
- Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports in a timely manner. Recommend increases in compensation in accordance with pre-determined guidelines.
