About the Role:
As our Online Travel Agencies (OTA) Billing Expert, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure all the numbers add up when it comes to our third-party reservations. You’ll team up with our OTA partners and Accounting crew to keep our listings and revenue in perfect harmony. If you’re someone who loves diving into the details,

What you’ll Do:
- Create and send out billing statements for all new reservations from our online travel platforms (OTAs).
- Update or adjust billing statements promptly whenever there’s a change or cancellation in a reservation.
- Regularly log in to each OTA platform to review reservation details, manage changes, and issue refunds as needed.
