What you’ll do: 3;Job Summary
Performs emergency and preventative maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility. Responsible for performing on-site or in-house servicing, and repair of Company product(s). Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment. Serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems. Works on assignments that are complex routine in nature when considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Provides field service engineering and technical assistance for customers in the areas of installation, start up, maintenance, repair and modification. Assist with assigned projects for equipment.

Job Responsibilities
• Master/Expert for strategic services/ Trainer. 03 to 8 years of UPS servicing experience.
• Provide electrical field service engineering for customers at any worldwide location on a adaptable time schedule.




• Continuously improve personal, technical and professional business skills enabling incumbent to service products to customer’s satisfaction. Incumbent demonstrates an awareness of customer needs, preferences, and time and financial constraints.
• Provide timely, detailed and accurate reports on service work performed, product performance, warranty liabilities to company expense and time allocation.
• Become computer efficient using laptops provided and mastering all required software.
• Maintain all service equipment including all test equipment, safety gear and tools issued to meet specifications including ISO requirements, etc. in good working condition and maintain sufficient spare parts to respond to standard calls.
• Follow in strictly manner all safety requirements to accomplish its duties.
• Be available for 24-hour on call duty and respond to emergency situations with minimal notification.
