Position Overview:
Crazy Maple Studio is seeking a highly strategic and creatively driven Creative Producer (LATAM) to lead the development and execution of our LATAM content slate across Spanish- and Portuguese-speaking markets.
This role serves as the creative and production lead across all LATAM projects,



overseeing multiple productions simultaneously while ensuring alignment with ReelShort’s creative vision, brand standards, and business objectives. The Creative Producer will guide internal teams and external partners, working closely with Creative Project Managers and vendors to ensure seamless execution and high-quality delivery.
The idóneo candidate combines strong creative instincts, high-level production oversight, and structured project leadership, with the ability to manage a full slate of content from concept through delivery.
