Must-have Skills

- 3–5 years of professional copyediting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and presentation clarity.
- Proficiency in markup and in applying editorial style guidelines, including AP Style and The Chicago Manual of Style.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong process orientation and organizational abilities.
- Ability to resolve moderately complex issues and escalate as appropriate.




- Skilled in following production schedules, tracking deliverables, and managing shifting priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse teams

Nice to have:

- Familiarity with financial and investment concepts.
- Experience using Seismic and Workfront platforms.
- Experience in financial or other heavily regulated industries (pharma, legal).
- Awareness of AI-powered editorial tools and content automation technologies.
- Interest in learning about software development and consulting services.
