Provide and implement training that will enable personnel to better performance. Coordinate and administer employees: HR incidents (attendance, punctuality, overtime, vacations, and permissions). Monitor machinery, equipment and facility and initiate maintenance work orders as required, to ensure efficiency, safe and ergonomic conditions in the area. LI-KL1 Bachelor's degree required preferably in an engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related). 3 to 5 years experience in a related manufacturing or engineering environment At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of fabrication process: Stamping, Die cut and punching. Experience working with simple and progressive stamping presses Proven working experience within Operations, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities.
