As part of the People & Culture Team, you will support the delivery of the People Team’s key objectives and support the aims and values of Kayak / OpenTable. This is a regional role, owning Mexico, Colombia, and other LATAM countries with employee representation, and requires a sound understanding of local legislation and employment practices.
This is a 5-month contract role supporting our Regional People team,
providing maternity leave coverage. The anticipated start date is the end of March 2026, with the assignment expected to conclude in August 2026.
In this role you will:

- Work as a regional strategic partner to our OpenTable teams, of approximately 125+ employees located within Mexico City and other employee-based locations within the LATAM market.
- Be the first point of call for key managers in your region.
- Build the knowledge and understanding of regional legislation, ensuring advice and support are built on a foundation and understanding of legal risk.
- Develop effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations and embed HR processes, building credibility as a trusted expert on HR matters.
